When Brett Henderson provides investment advisory services as an Investment Adviser Representative, he operates under an elevated standard of care and owes fiduciary duties within the advisory engagement. When he provides brokerage services as a Registered Representative, Regulation Best Interest applies. Key disclosures include:

Advisory compensation is fee-based. Advisory representatives may also be licensed to sell insurance products on a commission basis; any insurance compensation is separate from advisory fees and is disclosed in Form ADV Part 2 and Form CRS
