Questions About Our Services
What is the difference between a fiduciary financial advisor and a Registered Representative?
Registered Representatives who provide brokerage services are subject to Regulation Best Interest at the time they make a recommendation to a retail customer. When Brett Henderson provides investment advisory services as an Investment Adviser Representative, he owes a fiduciary duty to the client. The applicable standard, services, fees, compensation, and conflicts depend on the capacity in which Brett is acting. See Form CRS and Form ADV Part 2.
How much does it cost to work with SWE90?
SWE90 offers fee-based investment advisory services, with fees described in the applicable advisory agreement and Form ADV. Brett Henderson may also offer brokerage or insurance products in a separate capacity, which may involve transaction-based or commission compensation disclosed in Form CRS and other applicable documents. Initial consultations are offered at no upfront cost.
What is included in a retirement planning engagement?
- • Comprehensive retirement income projections
- • Social Security optimization analysis
- • Tax-efficient withdrawal strategies
- • Healthcare and Medicare planning
- • Estate planning coordination
- • Ongoing portfolio monitoring
How does your 401(k) fee analysis work?
Brett's 401(k) review examines available plan documents, disclosed expense ratios, administrative fees, and the investment lineup to help identify items for further evaluation. SWE90 does not sponsor, administer, or offer an employer's 401(k) plan, and the review does not provide legal, tax, or ERISA compliance advice. Plan sponsors should consult their administrator, ERISA counsel, and tax professionals as appropriate.
Do you work with business owners planning to exit?
Yes, Brett Henderson holds the CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) credential and helps business owners evaluate value-building, tax, and transition considerations. Whether you are considering a third-party sale, a family transition, or an ESOP, Brett can coordinate financial planning with your legal, tax, and transaction professionals.
